Training for a long distance walk simply takes time and a little discipline. If you can walk 5 - 8 miles, you can complete a Camino.

We will show you how to build up your stamina, prepare your body, and improve your cardio so that long distance walking is enjoyable.

A training plan will be customized for you so that you can be ready to walk by your departure date.
